Can I purchase a gift card online?
Yes, you can purchase a gift card online by clicking HERE. You may choose a virtual gift card, which can be used by presenting it on your mobile phone, or a physical gift card, which will be mailed to you.
There seems to be a problem with my gift card. Who should I contact?

How are shipping fees calculated?
For orders under $75, shipping fees are $10 within Quebec and $15 elsewhere in Canada.
Shipping is free on orders of $75 or more.
How long will it take to receive my coffee delivery?
Café Morgane processes orders within 48 to 72 business hours. The carrier then takes over. Once your package has been picked up, the carrier will email you a tracking number.
If I am not satisfied, can I receive a refund?

We offer a selection of vegetarian and vegan meals that changes with the seasons.
Do you offer gluten-free meal options?
We offer gluten-free desserts that change with the seasons.
I have a severe food allergy. Do you offer products that are suitable for my condition?
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that our products have not come into contact with allergens.
Is nutritional information available for your products?
We are unable to provide nutritional information. However, you can obtain a product’s list of ingredients by asking a barista at the counter or by emailing info@cafemorgane.ca .
Our Locations
Wi-Fi is available for three hours with any purchase made at the counter.

We do not have spaces specifically dedicated to meetings. However, our locations are well suited for small group meetings.
Of course! We’ll gladly fill your travel mug with the beverage of your choice.
We are constantly looking for ways to reduce our environmental footprint.
We use reusable dishware for all products consumed on-site;
Our cups are made from recycled materials and are compostable;
All our plastic packaging is made from PET 1, one of the easiest plastics to recycle;
We have introduced strawless sip lids for cold beverages;
We compost wherever facilities allow;
We participate in green initiatives developed by La Vague by offering reusable, returnable containers for beverages and food.
Yes, our locations will be open during the upcoming holiday according to their regular business hours, except during the holiday season, when hours may vary. Please check our Facebook page for updates.
