The Notre-Dame location holds a very special place in Café Morgane’s history: this is where it all began! As the brand’s very first café, it embodies the pioneering spirit and passion that have inspired us from the very beginning.

Located in the heart of downtown Trois-Rivières, at the corner of rue Notre-Dame and rue des Forges, it is surrounded by culture, history, and the energy of city life. Just steps from the St. Lawrence River, it offers an inspiring setting to enjoy a coffee, whether on your own or in good company.

Recently renovated, this location combines historic charm with a modern and welcoming atmosphere. On sunny days, its outdoor patio becomes a popular gathering place for regular customers and visitors alike.

As at all our locations, Café Morgane Notre-Dame offers three hours of  Wi-Fi with a purchase. Whether you are stopping by for a well-deserved break or an impromptu work session, you will find a welcoming and inspiring space.

This Café Morgane is very well located in the downtown area. It offers a wonderful place to pause, take some time for yourself, or meet with someone. Both hot and cold beverages are available, making it enjoyable in every season. There is also a great selection of delicious desserts. Street parking is available at metered spaces, with some free parking periods. Be sure to check the information on the parking meter. During busy times, parking may be more limited. The café is accessible to people with reduced mobility. The washrooms are locked, and you must ask the staff for the access code. The staff is very friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable about the products. You can also purchase coffee to enjoy at home.

Right in downtown Trois-Rivières, a stop at the only café open in the morning is a must. Café Morgane serves a strong, full-bodied, dark, and flavourful coffee. The young server never stopped smiling, and the patio is very pleasant. The air conditioning works well, and the sweet treats—such as fudge and muffins—look very tempting. Inside, the café is spacious, with plenty of quiet corners where you can relax. Definitely worth a visit.

Excellent little café. We received outstanding service. It’s a shame they don’t serve breakfast on site other than reheated bagels—but they are excellent! The coffee is delicious and a must-try for coffee lovers visiting Trois-Rivières.

How do you start the day off right? Easy! After taking a morning walk to explore the city, I stopped by this charming little café, where the staff was incredibly courteous and friendly. A wonderful experience in the heart of downtown!
